GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2023
This contractual document will govern the contracting of products and services through the www.interpals.com website, property of CAMPING INTERPALS, SA.
The acceptance of this document means that the USER:
These terms and conditions will be valid for an indefinite period and will apply to all contracts made through the www.interpals.com website.
CAMPING INTERPALS, SA states that its business is responsible and that it has a knowledge of the current laws of the countries to which it offers its services and that it reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms and conditions, without this affecting any goods or promotions that were contracted prior to the modification.
Identity of the contracting parties
The first party, the provider of the services contracted by the USER is CAMPING INTERPALS, SA, with its registered office in MEDITERRANIA, S/N, 17256 PLATJA DE PALS (GIRONA), with Spanish Tax ID No. A55288997 and with customer / USER service phone number +34 972 63 61 79.
And the second party, the USER, who is responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to CAMPING INTERPALS, SA.
Purpose of the Contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship between CAMPING INTERPALS, SA and the USER at the moment that the latter accepts the rental of properties for temporary accommodation during the online contracting process.
The contractual relationship of the accommodation booking involves the rental of the chosen property, for a limited time, in exchange for a fixed price which is publicly displayed on the website. Any additional services must be contracted at the time of booking.
Contracting procedure
In order to access the services or products offered by CAMPING INTERPALS, SA, the USER must freely and voluntarily provide the personal data that will be required, which will be processed in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, (EU) 2016/679 Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD in its Spanish initials), relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and detailed in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy of this website.
We inform you that in accordance with the requirements of Article 27 of Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE in its Spanish initials), the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:
1. GENERAL CONTRACTING CLAUSES, BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCESS.
Unless otherwise stipulated in writing, placing an order shall mean the acceptance of these legal conditions by the USER. Stipulations made by the USER cannot differ from those expressly accepted in advance and in writing.
The languages used in the contracting that takes place through this website are Spanish and Catalan.
1.1 SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PITCHES:
High-season bookings (from 23/06 to 31/08):
For bookings made in this period, a deposit of 100€ of the total amount of the stay is required.
In case that the amount of the reservation is less than 100€, the entire reservation will be charged. The remaining amount of the cost of the stay will be paid on the day before or on the day of departure at the Campsite's Reception. On arrival, we will ask you for a credit card number as a guarantee (no charge will be made). If you do not have a card, you will have to pay for your stay in advance on arrival.
The maximum occupancy is 6 people for the Standard Pitch and 2 people for the Pocket Pitch.
The check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon. The booking will be automatically cancelled when the booked pitch is not occupied on the planned day of arrival or the following day before 12:00 noon, except in cases in which the Campsite has been previously informed in writing. In particular, for bookings of standard pitches which are occupied after the booked arrival day, the unoccupied days must be paid for in accordance with the rate in force.

When you make the payment don't forget to state the first name and surname of the person who has made the booking as well as the booking number.
WE REMIND YOU THAT NEITHER CHEQUES NOR EUROCHEQUES ARE ACCEPTED.
Low and mid-season bookings (from 31/03 to 23/06 and from 31/08 to 17/09):
The payment of the total amount of the stay will be paid the day before or on the day of departure at the Campsite’s Reception. On arrival, we will ask you for a credit card number as a guarantee (no charge will be made). If you do not have a card, you will have to pay for your stay in advance on arrival.
The pitch booking will be held until 8.00 pm on the day of arrival, and will be cancelled after this time if we have not received any notification from you.
The maximum occupancy is 6 people for the Standard Pitch and 2 people for the Pocket Pitch.
The check-in and check-out time is 12:00 noon. On request, and according to availability there will be the possibility of arranging a late check out up to 6.00 pm.
Other points: We remind you that dogs which are categorised as dangerous breeds or their cross-breeds (you can check the official list on our website) are not admitted. Other dogs may only enter the Campsite if they have a vaccination card and up-to-date insurance. You must show proof of this on arrival.
1.2 SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR BUNGALOWS AND RENTED TENTS:
The prices include all the people indicated as the maximum number of people in each type of accommodation (including children and babies), as well as for the admission of one vehicle only.
Check-in time is from 4.00 pm and check-out time is before 11:00 am. We guarantee that all our accommodation units will be ready by this time. If you wish to arrive earlier, you are welcome to use all our facilities while you are waiting.
On the day of departure, you will have to vacate your accommodation before 11:00 am. In low season, there may be more flexibility but confirmation can only be requested and received at the Campsite Reception.
On arrival, you must leave €50, by credit card, as a guarantee for any possible damage at the Campsite Reception. This amount will be returned on departure, once the general and inventory check has been carried out. Your accommodation will be clean when you arrive, so on departure, we ask that you leave it the same state as you found it. If it is deemed necessary, the €50 guarantee will be retained for the cleaning of the accommodation.
HIGH SEASONS BOOKINGS (10/07-28/08):
The booking will not be finalised until the corresponding deposit (40% of the total amount) has been paid and you have received confirmation from the Campsite. The remaining amount of the stay must be paid 30 days before the date of your arrival.
LOW AND MID-SEASON BOOKINGS (31/03-10/07 and from 28/08-17/09)
The booking will not be finalised until 40% of the total amount of the stay has been paid and you have received confirmation from the Campsite. The remaining amount of the stay must be paid on arrival at the Campsite.
Important: When the booking is made within 5 days before the date of arrival, in any of the above-mentioned periods, the booking will not be finalised until 100% of the total amount of the stay has been paid and you have received confirmation from the Campsite.
A REMINDER OF WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Bed linen, towels and dishcloths and tea towels.
The Campsite offers the option of renting sheets, towels, cots and highchairs; this must be requested at the time of booking. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee their availability.

ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION NOR IN ITS SURROUNDINGS
*** Any changes made to these terms and conditions will only be valid if they have been explicitly confirmed in writing.
2. CANCELLATIONS (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL)
Cancellations and/or changes must be communicated by e-mail to: info@interpals.com. The Bookings Department will have to confirm the change by e-mail in order for it to be effective. In both cases, you must state the reason for cancellation and the IBAN of your account number in order to be able to return the corresponding amount according to the established cancellation terms and conditions.

3. CLAIMS
If any fault in the facilities or electrical appliances occurs during the rental period, you must notify us immediately in order to resolve these incidents as soon as possible.
In the event of force majeure (damage caused by water, fire etc.) the booked accommodation will be replaced with another one having the same characteristics. In the event that no replacement accommodation is available, the total amount paid will be refunded.

4. FORCE MAJEURE
The parties shall not incur liability for any failure due to force majeure. The fulfilment of the obligation will be delayed until the cause of the force majeure no longer exists.
5. COMPETITION
The USER may not assign, transfer or pass on the rights, responsibilities and obligations contracted.
If any provision of these conditions is considered invalid or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected in any way, nor shall they be modified in any way.
The USER declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted these General Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
6. PRICE AND VALIDITY PERIOD OF THE OFFER
The price of the bookings will be the one stipulated at any given time on our web site. Obviously, the price will not be changed during the time between the offer and your acceptance of it, issued through the sending confirmation unless we are required by a law or government agency decision to make retrospective changes to the said policies, Terms and Conditions or Privacy Statement, in which case any changes will also affect orders you may have made previously.
The prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros, and include both possible discounts as well as the applicable VAT at the time of booking.
The prices applicable to each accommodation unit are those published on the website. The USER accepts that the economic value of some of the services may vary in real time. Prices may change daily until the booking is finally made.
Any payment made involves an invoice being issued in the name of the registered USER or the company name they may have provided at the time of booking. This invoice will be handed to the USER at the end of the rental and payment for all of the services contracted has been received.

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in all matters not expressly established herein. CAMPING INTERPALS, SA and the USER agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these Terms and Conditions to the courts and tribunals closest to PLATJA DE PALS.
In the event that the USER’s registered address is outside Spain, CAMPING INTERPALS, SA and the USER expressly waive any other jurisdiction, submitting to the Spanish jurisdiction established in the previous paragraph.
